Bob Fredrickson and I were proud to help Tacoma-Pierce County Fire District #10 secure this important site for a future fire station. The District had very specific location requirements, but through persistence, collaboration, and a little creativity, we were able to identify the perfect property to meet their needs.

A special thank you to Commissioner Dan Nelson, Fire Chief Jeff Jensen, ESM, Lawhead Architects, and the many district staff members and partners who remained dedicated to the project from start to finish. This successful outcome was truly a team effort.

Medical Leasing Success in South Puget Sound — From 40% to 93% Occupied!

Based in Tacoma, I help commercial property owners across Washington with leasing and sales.

When I was engaged by the owners in July 2025 to lease Wellness Plaza at 34617 11th Place South in Federal Way, the building was only 40% occupied and struggling to gain traction.

Through a focused leasing strategy, targeted marketing efforts, and consistent outreach, I was able to reposition the property and attract the right tenants.
