I attended Bellarmine Preparatory School and graduated from The University of Puget Sound with a degree in English and a minor in Business. As a young man I held jobs working as a paperboy delivering to 86 homeowners, a limousine driver, sold Christmas trees and fruit seasonally and even worked as a funeral home attendant. Needless to say, I had to learn compassion quickly at an early age. Prior t

o real estate, I worked at the Chamber of Commerce Visitors and Convention Bureau in sales promoting Tacoma and Pierce County, as a destination. Later, I worked in the office furniture business, selling contract and commercial grade furniture and design services. As a young man in my early twenties I quickly grew to become the branch manager and won many sales achievement awards for sales volume. It was a great career but I knew I needed more. After working in furniture and design for 3 years I decided to start my own business and become a Real Estate agent. Yes, being a realtor is like owning my own business. I treat my job like a business and my customers are the most important part. In my first year selling real estate I sold 32 homes when the average realtor sells 4 or 5. I coupled my business skills and experience in customer service with follow through and tenacity to real estate. I have built systems, learned extensive marketing techniques, created a powerful online presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and my own personal website. I also believe in training and attending classes, seminars and conferences regularly to sharpen the saw. I believe you can ALWAYS grow in work and life. After 24 years as a realtor in the community I grew up in, my name is synonymous with Quality Real Estate Representation and Service. I work professionally and tirelessly for my clients to achieve success and an outcome that benefits all involved. On a personal note, I have two daughters who keep me very busy.
