Bridge Plaza will feature 1-4 bedroom apartment homes with rents designed to be affordable for households making at or less than 60% of the area median income.

Some of the Cambridge communities celebrated National Night Out with goodies and school supplies for residents! At Ridgewood in Winter Haven, FL, residents were excited for bags of brand new supplies (pictured).

At Mango Terrace in Seffner, FL, the community manager, Yolanda also coordinated with a local agency to provide additional school supplies and snacks as well as a cosmetology school which came and did free hair cuts and hair braiding for school-aged residents.
