***Closing from yesterday***
🎉Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of your house!🏡🎉

From day one, we faced many challenges, but with determination and a solid plan, we overcame them all. Due to personal reasons my sellers needed to sell their house immediately. My sellers had only owned their home for a couple of years, with limited equity, making it likely they’d need to bring money to the table to close. Another agent estimated a listing price of $430,000, which would have left them upside down. But I had a different vision.

🚀 We listed the house at $490,000, allowing my sellers to not only break even but also put some money in their pocket! 💰

However, the journey didn’t stop there. We had tenants living in the house who were initially combative during the photo session. With patience and diplomacy, I managed to calm the situation and get stunning shots for the listing. 📸

A few days later, the tenants moved out, leaving behind furniture and trash. 🚛💨 No problem! I immediately arranged for a cleanup crew to restore the house to its best condition.

Despite these hurdles, we received an offer at $500,000 – yes, $10K above list price! 🎉 And it appraised at that value too! 🙌

I listed the house $60K higher than the other agent's estimate and got it closed successfully, all while my seller was living in another state. 🌍
