I may not post about real estate all the time, I never wanted to come across as “salesy.” but it’s truly a huge part of my heart and one of my biggest passions. With each year that passes and every deal I close, I learn something new…about the market, about people, and about myself. This career constantly pushes me to grow, adapt, and lead with intention.

I’ve learned that showing up doesn’t have to mean doing what everyone else does or being the loudest in the room. It’s about showing up in my way — consistently, staying teachable, and with genuine care for the people who trust me to guide them through one of life’s biggest milestones. Doing things in a way that feels authentic to who I am. I’ve learned to embrace that I am the expert, and I am active — even when I’m not constantly online proving it.

I got two buyers under contract this past week, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Every step forward reminds me why I love this work — because it’s about helping people move toward what’s next, one goal at a time.

I’m curious — what’s your biggest goal (or fear) when it comes to buying or selling a home? I’d love to hear where you’re at.

When I got my real estate license, one of the most important things to me was finding a firm that saw people—a place rooted in purpose, community, and bold values. I didn’t want to just sell homes—I wanted to be part of something bigger. has been all of that and more. From day one, I’ve felt seen, supported, and surrounded by people who care deeply about our community.

So when I got the invite to attend an event hosted by the , there was no hesitation—count me in.

This gathering was all about bold, community-led strategies to keep our kids safe, supported, and thriving beyond the bell. To be in a room full of people passionate about youth, equity, and creating real change? That energy was powerful and soul-filling.

I left feeling inspired, reconnected to my purpose, and reminded just how much our presence matters—especially for our youth. They need us to show up now more than ever.

If your heart has been pulling you toward community work but you don’t know where to begin—I got you. Let’s get connected. Let’s do this work, together. 💛

I believe SO strongly in the program and have had the privilege of getting families who felt homeownership was out of reach into homes because of this program! So I had to get on here and speak about it 🗣️🚨 Washington State is making history with the Covenant Homeownership Program — a first-of-its-kind initiative aimed at addressing the lasting impacts of racist housing policies by creating new opportunities for homeownership. Here’s what you need to know:🏠 Up to 20% of the home price (max $150K) + closing cost assistance💰 0% interest second mortgage (repaid when you sell, refinance, or after 30 years)📋 Must be a first-time homebuyer📍 Must have ancestral ties to Washington before April 11, 1968 and belong to a historically impacted group (including Black, Hispanic/Latino, Indigenous, Pacific Islander, and others)📈 Must meet income limits based on your county (up to 100–120% of area median income)🧠 Required homebuyer education + work with a program-approved lenderThis is a powerful step toward generational wealth and housing justice in our state.📲 If you think you might qualify or know someone who does, DM me or tag them in the comments and I’ll help guide you and get you connected to my preferred lender to get you going!

A few days ago, I had the sweetest listing appointment with a seller and buyer who found me through the website—and chose me. After our consultation as I was driving home, I was reminded just how powerful it is to show up as your full authentic self.

In the beginning of my real estate journey, I thought I wanted work with everyone— which left me sometimes abandoning my process or second-guessing my value out of fear of losing the client. But as I grew in this business, I realized something vital: in order to thrive long-term, I had to protect my energy, set and honor my boundaries, and trust that the right people would find me when I stayed true to who I am and stuck to my process.

Now, 4 years in, I’m finally in a space where I feel FREE. I’ve built healthier boundaries, released the pressure to be “for everyone,” and found confidence in being and showing up fully as myself—unapologetically. And the results? They have done quite the opposite of what I feared they would do. I’ve created aligned, intentional relationships with clients who see ME, trust me, and are genuinely excited to work together. Which then allows for a much more fulfilling transaction.

This client felt like a full-circle moment. She saw something in me that spoke and resignated with her. And now, we get to walk this real estate journey together—rooted in trust and alignment.

Here’s your sign to embrace who you are in your own journey and show up authentically as yourself. Your people will find and gravitate towards you!

Let’s keep attracting what’s meant for us.

If you’re ready to align on your real estate goals? Let’s connect 😉

When people ask me what my favorite part of my job is, without hesitation I always answer the amazing people I’ve gotten to meet, and relationships I’ve been able to form. It’s goes beyond the transaction and I’m so thankful ❤️

Today I got to go tour houses with my past client, Shannyn, who has become a good friend. Her and her husband trusted me sight unseen buying a house in the Lincoln district and have been putting such beautiful touches to it. Shannyn has an eye like no other, she brings a vision to life and has amazing taste. She has decided to put her talents to use and start a staging business .staging.solutions where she comes in and works with what you have, advises the best way to utilize a space and adds pieces that will make your space show its best.

Reach out, give her a follow, and let her bless you in the best way possible with her talents. Thankful for you ❤️

Client reviews truly keep me going. This field is very rewarding yet it comes with its hardships and constantly remaining level headed and grounded for those around you. We are human and have feelings too. So on those rough days receiving a beautiful testimonial from past clients who shower you with beautiful words, love, and appreciation is just what I needed ❤️

From open house to closing day—what a journey! Grateful to have helped this amazing family sell their home for top dollar and find their perfect next chapter. Real estate is more than just a transaction to me —it’s about trust, relationships, and making the process as smooth as possible (even for the little ones!). Thank you for letting me be a part of your story! I love y’all ❤️

It’s easy to get caught up in chasing the next goal, but every now and then, we need to pause and recognize just how far we’ve come. At one point, we dreamed of being exactly where we are today. So here’s your reminder to slow down, be kind to yourself, and celebrate the journey. ✨

I still remember my Starbucks days, working shifts and taking real estate courses on the side, visualizing the day I’d be educating clients, touring homes, and confidently guiding people through the home buying process. Back then, I had no idea where my clients would come from, but I knew this was the field I was meant to be in. And wow, how the doors opened! The story of how I landed my first client at Windermere Abode is a testimony in itself. 🙌🏾

Today, I’m beyond grateful to be where I am, navigating a challenging market and growing through it. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, and to my amazing clients for trusting me with such a big part of their lives.

I’m excited to keep doing what I once dreamed of doing while making Carmel Macchiatos. 🤪 I truly love what I do and can’t wait to help more of you reach your real estate goals! Never hesitate to reach out with any questions—I could talk real estate for hours. 😍

Cheers to celebrating all parts of the journey 😘🥂

This year has been filled with incredible opportunities to work with amazing clients, each one with unique goals that I've been honored to help achieve. I’m beyond grateful for the trust they’ve placed in me to not just meet but exceed their expectations. I truly LOVE what I get to do!

With interest rates expected to continue trending downward this week, now could be the perfect moment to get off the fence and reignite your real estate goals—whether you’re some who has taken a break or are just starting to explore your options. I'm happy to connect, from figuring out which programs you qualify for, to letting you know what your house is worth, to sharing what exactly this process looks like. I promise it’s not as intimidating as it seems ☺️

If this sounds like you—or if you know someone who could benefit from having guidance from a real estate professional like myself —let’s connect! I’d love to help turn your real estate goals into reality.

Last week my client closed on his first home and I couldn’t be more excited for him and his wife (who is away for a family emergency). They seen this home online while still in Colorado and immediately wanted to go after it. I scheduled a virtual tour the next day of it being listed. Great home in a great neighborhood, just needed some love as there were a lot of cosmetic things. I love me a good fixer upper and a home that you can add your own touches to, however I’m mindful walking in thinking about your loan type and if we are going to run into any appraisal issues. Thinking ahead is key to a great agent! In this case my buyer is active duty and was using his VA loan, and appraisal is a little more strict as it should be for VA buyers. I immediately began creating contact with the listing agent and crafted an offer that was enticing enough to get the home off the market as quick as possible while also making sure my buyer is protected with our terms. After negotiating for a couple days and countering back and forth we were able to get under contract after just 3 days on the market. My buyer was able to arrive in WA just in time for inspection and was able to walk alongside an amazing inspector who educated him and let him know the things to be keeping an eye out for and what needed immediate attention. That was important for me to have as it is his first home purchase. We were able to negotiate further in inspection and received further credits for needed repairs. As I suspected we ran into a few appraisal issues due to work orders that needed to be completed. The seller worked hard to get those taken care of and the appraiser gave us a thumbs up the second go around! My client was able to walk into his home purchase with INSTANT EQUITY of just under 40K with the home as is!!! We shouted from the rooftops!!! This is a huge win and I can’t wait to see the continuous equity they will continue to build with the upgrades him and his wife plan to do over time. Thank you for your patience and trust in me.

Welcome home, Justice, Brandie, and Apollo ❤️🐶
