Committed to making every space in my home a place of inspiration and peace. 🪴
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For most of us, especially right now, home is where we spend most of our time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Having the ability to drop our s**t at the door, release any aggravation or frustration from the day, relax in our own way, and rejuvenate so we can take on tomorrow - is important. And how we create that space for ourselves, matters.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This also goes for selling a home! Staging is important, as it is what inspires potential buyers as to what could be theirs and how your house could be their home.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Options for revitalizing your home:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Sunlight - a luxury in this city so open your curtains.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Plants - I get mine from 🌱go see Taylor, she’s the best! Even if you don’t have a green thumb, she can’t help you find the best low maintenance options.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Artwork - allow yourself to be inspired with fresh design or spark something in a potential buyer with a talking piece.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Candles - I love a Smokey, sultry scent. Or start off with a simple fragrance like Fresh Linen.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Mirrors - These also help open up a room if you live in a small, more confined space.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Closed-In Storage - hide the mess. Out of sight, out of mind!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7. Soft textures - fuzz and fluff. We love a good pillow and throw combo.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8. Wood accents. More of bringing the outdoors - in.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
9. Metals like brass and gold, adding luxury and warm tones to a cold space.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just a few ideas 💡 what makes your home feel at peace?
