We looked at 260 homes for sale and picked the one getting the most attention from buyers for its age. The homes we checked averaged 90 saves on Zillow. This one has 226. That is 150% more saves than average, plus 2,103 views.

Saves and views measure attention. They do not tell us everything. But when a home pulls numbers like these, it is worth knowing which one it is.

Out of 246 homes for sale in Gig Harbor, this one came out as this week's Deal of the Week. It earned 77% more saves than the average of the homes we checked on Zillow. That kind of attention is worth knowing about, whatever you think of the market right now.
