Today is such a special day! 🏡❤️

My heart is so full as my youngest daughter, Jayla, and my future son-in-law, Donovan, officially become homeowners today!

I couldn’t be more proud of both of them. Donovan started as an apprentice electrician at just 18 years old and, through hard work, dedication, and determination, has worked his way up to becoming a journeyman electrician with multiple licenses. He has built an incredible career and become such a valued employee in his field at just 20 years old! Even more importantly, he is an amazing father to Gio and a loving, devoted fiancé to my daughter. We are so incredibly proud of the man he has become.

Jayla, watching you build a life centered around love, faith, hard work, and determination has been one of my greatest joys. Seeing the two of you achieve this milestone together fills my heart with so much pride. There truly is nothing better than watching your children build a future they have worked so hard for.

I also want this to encourage anyone who thinks homeownership is out of reach because of today’s interest rates.

Yes, interest rates are higher than they were a few years ago, but there are still incredible opportunities for buyers with the right strategy and someone who knows how to negotiate on their behalf.

I am beyond excited and so incredibly proud of my nephew, Nathaniel. I have looked forward to this day for so long, and seeing it finally come to fruition is such a blessing.

Nathaniel, you have worked so hard, stayed disciplined, and been so wise with your money to make this dream a reality. Watching you achieve your goal of homeownership has been such a joy, and you truly deserve every bit of it.

What an incredible week! ❤️

My daughter and son-in-law just had their offer accepted on their new home, and my heart is so full. Before we submitted the offer, we stood together in this house and prayed, asking God for His favor and His will. Watching Him open this door has been such a blessing.

There is nothing quite like helping people achieve the dream of homeownership, but when it’s your own family, it makes it even more special. Seeing how hard they’ve worked to get to this moment fills me with so much pride.

I truly love being a Realtor. Being trusted to walk alongside my clients during one of the biggest milestones of their lives is an honor, and getting to do that for my own family is something I’ll always treasure.

Now we’re on to the finish line! I can’t wait for closing day when I get to hand them the keys and watch them begin this new chapter. Congratulations—you’ve earned every bit of this! 🏡🔑❤️

Today was one of the most special days of my real estate career. ❤️

I’m beyond excited to hand the keys over to my daughter, Alicia, and my son-in-law, Pattrick, who have worked so hard to get where they are today.

Alicia recently earned her master’s degree and is officially the school counselor at Mountain View Middle School. Pattrick has built a successful career as a plumber. Their dedication, perseverance, and faith have brought them to this moment.

They trusted the process, stayed patient, and God blessed them with this beautiful place to call home.

Moments like these are why I love being a Realtor. Helping families achieve their dreams is always rewarding, but helping my own daughter and son-in-law buy their first home is something I’ll treasure forever.
