This one was a perfect example of patience paying off. They did everything right getting their home ready, and while it took a little longer than expected (3 weeks), today made it all worth it… we received THREE offers!

In the end, they chose the one that was the cleanest and netted them the most—proof that the “best” offer isn’t always just the highest number.

Huge congratulations to my incredible clients who are officially under contract on their new KB Home! 🎉🏡

They are absolutely over the moon—this move puts them right across the street from a very close relative, and the excitement is contagious!

This is also a perfect example of why representation matters. While the on-site agents at new construction communities are helpful and knowledgeable, they represent the builder—not the buyer. Having your own agent ensures someone is fully advocating for you from start to finish.

I was able to sweeten the pot for them by $20,000—covering a combination of closing costs and lot premium savings 🙌 I was also able to negotiate some additional time for them to put their house on the market this way they are not super stressed.

When I shared the news with their family member, the response was priceless…

She found her perfect forever home and is so excited to start this next chapter of her life—and honestly, I couldn’t be happier for her.💕

We didn’t have to search long, but the moment we walked into this one, we just knew. It’s by far the nicest home we saw, and the community is absolutely perfect for her.

And one of my favorite little moments… as we were leaving the house for the first time, a beautiful white bird lifted up from its nest near the pond—honestly, I don’t know if it was a heron or an egret, but we’re calling it a good sign. ✨
