Everyone deserves to have access to the same information and opportunities.
Home Sellers, if you are concerned about privacy and access to your home in the wake of this new law (SB 6091)let me reassure you, there are an abundance of ways your Realtor can minimize personal information and limit showings to only qualified buyers. There are very legitimate concerns because of AI, I fully understand and feel fortunate that our MLS ( )has provided us tools to address our clients concerns.
Advertising your home to ALL qualified buyers not just those in a specific class/office/agency etc will statistically provide you the best opportunity to sell your home.
When we all (the Real Estate Industry) agree to share the statistics and data of ALL home sales, everyone benefits. The Real Estate Industry has carried a reputation that we lack transparency. This new law is helping us change the tide, and reinforces what we know, which is when we all have access to the same information and opportunity, we all benefit.
