Here’s a quick breakdown for Washington State real estate excise tax rates in the City of Milton:

🏡 State Portion
• 1.10% on sales up to $525,000
• 1.28% from $525,001 to $1,525,000
• 2.75% from $1,525,001 to $3,025,000
• 3.00% above $3,025,000

📍 Local Portion
• Additional 0.50% local excise tax
