🏡 The home was under contract… then one overlooked HOA detail nearly stopped the entire sale.

Everything seemed ready to go—until it was discovered that the HOA hadn’t maintained an insurance policy for years. With a community park and common areas involved, that missing coverage created a potential issue affecting every homeowner in the development. 😳

The good news? The right team knew what to look for, worked with the HOA, sellers, and buyers, got the insurance in place, and ultimately got the deal CLOSED. 🔑

It’s a great reminder that real estate isn’t always about finding the problem—it’s about having experienced people around you who know how to solve it when something unexpected comes up.
