With over twenty years of experience serving clients, Kim Medchill knows the importance of providing strong guidance and personalized customer service. Hard working, conscientious, honest, and knowledgeable are attributes that Kim values and brings to all her clients in her real estate business. Kim grew up in Colorado, but she always loved the Northwest and knew it was the place she wanted to call “home.” She moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1999 and settled, over 10 years ago, in Tacoma with her husband and two children. During this time period in Tacoma, Kim has gained extensive knowledge and great fondness of the South Sound region and its people. An active community member, she has enjoyed working on various community projects, including work with the local schools, advocacy work for people with disabilities, and work in diabetes education and awareness campaigns. Kim continues to define herself by the positive impact she makes in her relationships and in her community. Kim and her husband have invested in real estate and own several rental properties in the Northwest. This experience has given Kim a solid understanding of the value of real estate as an investment tool, and it has helped her to develop her expertise and insight into the many intricacies of real estate transactions.
