"The first thing I really appreciated is the inspector was right on time, didn’t have to wait at any time whatsoever. Also very professional/cordial. Clearly identified what he would do during the inspection, what he would be looking for, and that he would andvise of any concerns/issues (if in any) were found. Inspection was very thorough and timely, items noted were discussed after the inspection was complete and I had the full report the very next day.
