I still can’t believe my real estate friend Paradise Ramsey is gone.

Still hard to believe. One of the most competitive ladies I met in real estate.

Cool person and always positive. Real Estate will never be as fun as it was when we first joined Kensington!

I was amazed that our family were connected through church @ Edwards Temple Memorial too!!!

I thought was pretty nice.

START THEM OFF RIGHT

Proverbs 22:6 - Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

This simple practice will one day become their reality.

The older I get the more I understand the power of prayer.

Prayer invites the Kingdom of God to be present in the earth.

I thank God for the demonstration of having a prayer life from my Grandmother, Mother, Father; and all those before me🙏🏾

9 years ago on this same day (June 27th) we had our end of the School Year celebration 🎉

Our first one before celebrating consistently we had about 3-5 kids show up for a movie night.

Some of these youth are now in college. Some just graduated high school.

Some are going into high school and some are currently in middle school.

Sadly, we did lose one of our dear little brothers, Kendal Paige, almost 2 years ago, due to natural causes.

Our college scholarship for 1st year students has been named after him in his honor.

At Edwards Temple Memorial COGIC we attempt to push our youth to have a balanced life, starting with Jesus.

The Classic Gift/s

Christmas especially, and birthdays have classic gifts.

They all fall under the classification of under clothes😂

I’ve been getting these gifts for over 40 years.

Surprisingly enough, they have had a different effect on me the older I get.

I appreciate some fresh undergarments as gifts now 😄

“HONORING GENERATIONS: PROTECTING WHAT MATTERS MOST”

Just helped a 77-year-old client sign up for mortgage protection.

He shared how, in his community, people sometimes don’t value homeownership like they should, and many younger folks quickly sell inherited properties.

But he knows the value of his home and wants to keep it in the family.

I drove to Aberdeen twice to help him with the paperwork because he had trouble doing it online.

He truly valued the face-to-face conversation and the peace of mind that comes with protecting his home for future generations.

It’s all about what you hold dear. Pretty cool guy!

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOU NEW HOME 🏡 🔑🎉

A great start to a new beginning. Outh was so easy to work with.

We went out looking for homes just two times.

Before going out on home tours, she became a bit discouraged because of the inventory VS the prices.

I suggested we get out and see the homes in person.

To my surprise, she found a place that felt like home during our second home tour.

The extra work space and garage size, were big sellers.
📌Location was perfect too‼️

Have fun, make it a home filled with love for you and your little girl.

She might take over the house, but that’s ok 🤣

EXPANSION, I DID IT‼️🎉🎉

I’ve expanded my business and added Life Insurance to the services I provide. 👨🏾‍💼📄🖊️

For years I’ve peaked at life insurance but never took a leap at it. 👀🫣

Over the pandemic I took a closer look because of the Mortgage Protection product.

With me being in real estate, that only made sense, but I didn’t have the time to marry the two.

Well, the time came around for me to be able to marry the two!! I jumped at the opportunity 💯

I looked at a few agencies and found myself at with .blas!!!

Thank you Des for your support so far! We go back like 4 flats on a Cadillac haha 🚙

Back at it again. I’m looking forward to doing some great things with you and the group!!!

I’ve been crazy busy but passing my test was a huge milestone for me. 😝

I had technical difficulties taking the test and didn’t actually get to take it until after 3 hours of working with tech support. 🖥️

Mind you my test was scheduled for 8:30 pm on a Friday night! 🥱 🌖

They asked me if I wanted to reschedule, and there was no way I was doing that. 🗓️🚫

Needless to say, I PASSED!!! 🎉🎉 Such a great feeling but the work continues, and boy I have been BUSY.
