Welp, time to pivot. Had a lot of interesting offers but due to tax reasons and market shifting we decided to turn this flip into a long term rental. Great tenants moving in next month! Cash out refi comin in hot before the next set of interest spikes.

Closed on this 3/2 last week. Have qualified tenants lined up for beginning of next month. This will be another occupied rennovation. This one just needs some here and there + finish work. Gladly added to the portfolio!
