We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician and Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Property Solutions Management Co. As a Maintenance Technician and Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment, as well as performing lawn care and landscaping tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on company facilities.
• Perform landscaping and lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, tools, and machinery to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs performed and report any significant findings or issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and properly store tools and equipment.
• Assist with other duties and projects.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred but training will be provided
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Experience with lawn care and landscaping tasks, including operating and maintaining lawn care equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a
team
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
