The Cedarwood sale was especially meaningful. I had the opportunity to help close friends purchase the home of their dreams as they continue growing their family. Those are the transactions that remind me why I love this business.

Almost 25 years ago, I moved to Tahoe chasing a dream and a lifestyle. Today, I have the privilege of helping others do the same.

We’ll have to get Ryan and the team to Tahoe so we can teach them a thing or two about freeskiing.

Sometimes the right home comes along at exactly the right time.

When my clients and friends, Aaron and Michelle, shared their vision for raising their growing family in Tahoe, we knew exactly what we were looking for: a great neighborhood, direct access to the outdoors, and a place where lifelong memories could be made.

The challenge was finding it.

When inventory couldn’t provide the answer, I looked beyond the market and found this opportunity off market in the Highlands, one of North Lake Tahoe’s most sought after neighborhoods. Opportunities like this rarely become available, and even fewer are offered off market.

Some sales mean more than others.

Helping close friends sell their home is always an honor, but this one was especially meaningful. A growing family making a move into their dream home in the same neighborhood — something we all worked incredibly hard to make happen. Very few people get the chance to stay rooted in the neighborhood they love while growing into their next chapter.

This was also a reminder of how important timing, relationships, and thoughtful strategy can be. We navigated a lot behind the scenes, including multiple offers and a tight contingency tied to the off-market purchase of their next home — ultimately helping two local families continue building their lives here in Tahoe.
After generating multiple offers, the sellers chose to sell to local friends, which makes this next chapter even more special. A home that has been deeply loved and lived in will now become part of another family’s story in this community.

That’s what I love most about real estate in Tahoe. It’s never just about property. It’s about people, trust, timing, and helping good families build meaningful lives in the mountains.

Two incredible launch events in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach celebrating the arrival of SERHANT. in California.

Honored to be part of the team helping launch five markets across the state: San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, and Lake Tahoe, CA & NV.

While these events were a celebration, I also want to recognize the many people behind the scenes at SERHANT. helping make this all possible. Thank you. Like most things in business and life, people often see the polished final product but not the long days, early mornings, late nights, setbacks, sacrifices, and hard work it takes to build something meaningful.

I also want to thank all of my clients for their trust and support over the years. None of this would be possible without you.
