"This house was perfect! It is laid out for optimal use of space. The views from the family room, deck, and loft are incredible! The house had everything we needed for cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The location is very convenient, as we were able to walk to all of our favorite Kings Beach businesses and beaches without having to worry about finding a parking place. It was great to be across the street from the Char Pit and the Kings Beach Mini Golf. Despite being so close to businesses, the home is very quiet and peaceful and it is on a beautiful tree-lined street. We loved this home and plan to be back next year if not sooner!"
