Boatworks Mall scheduled for public auction under foreclosure proceedings

After foreclosure proceedings began in January, The Boatworks Mall is now scheduled for public auction. According to a Notice of Trustee’s Sale recorded on the property on July 13, multiple parcels currently owned by Boatworks at Lake Tahoe LLC, including the North Tahoe mall located at 760 N Lake Blvd., will go to the highest bidder in a public auction on Aug. 12 at 10:30 a.m. Read the entire article at SierraSun.com.

If I sound out of breath, it's because I just walked up well over 100 stairs to get to this fabulous crow's nest of a bedroom 😅
Hard to believe that the original owner lived here (with no help going up the stairs) until his family forced him out at age 93.

We’re excited to share that the Sugar Bowl Resort New Gondola Project officially broke ground on April 6! 🚧🏔️

As the general contractor, Level 10 Construction is delivering a new 13,500 SF state-of-the-art gondola terminal in Truckee, CA, designed to enhance guest access, improve connectivity to the existing parking structure, and boost overall operational efficiency.

Our scope includes full demolition of the existing facilities and construction of new terminals featuring thoughtfully coordinated architectural improvements to better support guest services and resort operations, while keeping nods to the previous structures with select reclaimed elements.

We’re proud to partner with Sugar Bowl Resort on this transformative project and look forward to sharing more construction milestones as work progresses.
