Tyler was born and raised in Tahoe with real estate in his blood as he followed in the footsteps of his father. Tricia knew being a real estate agent would be in her future when she moved to Tahoe in 2008 to start a life with Tyler. Having been a Lake Tahoe Realtor since right out of college, Tyler takes enormous pride in helping clients navigate the various lake shore, golf, and ski communities t
hat he has always called home. While in college at UC Davis, he received his real estate license at 21 years old. After graduating, he started working for O’Neal Brokers which was founded by his father in 1976. He found that being a Broker in both Nevada and California would be greatly beneficial for his clients. Since 2008, Tricia has been running the Real Estate publication Homes & Land of North Lake Tahoe, Truckee & Incline Village. This has kept her very in tune with the market trends over the years. And, after graduating from California State University, Chico, she started a long-time career in the Insurance industry. She has been a licensed and practicing insurance agent since 2004, currently working as the local Truckee Tahoe Health benefits executive at Heffernan Insurance. Tricia and Tyler thrive on balancing a busy workload and their beautiful family. Their son, Drake, and daughter, Starlet, are on the forefront of their lives as well. They love to enjoy family vacations, skiing, boating and lots of other fun adventures. They relish the experience of having built their own home in Gray’s Crossing and have genuinely loved establishing their lives in this beautiful place they get to call home.
