Market Update | May 2026

In North Lake Tahoe and Truckee, the median listing sales price reached $1.4M, up 14.5% year-over-year. Homes averaged 57 days on market, about 15 days faster than last year. 67 homes sold, reflecting a 4.7% increase year-over-year.

In Incline Village and Crystal Bay, the median listing sales price reached $2.8M. Homes averaged 55 days on market, about 22 days faster year-over-year, reflecting a 30.8% YoY change. 22 homes sold, marking a 23% increase year-over-year.
