Refined Property Investments, LLC Real Estate company that redevelops and renovates properties for rental or resale. Located in Tahoka, Texas we began buying properties to renovate in 2008.

We are genuinely passionate about remodeling properties to the best of our ability to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and affordable for singles, couples, and families to call home. Many run down homes can be encountered in Tahoka and we felt that we were up to the challenge of redeveloping and renovating these properties, therefore, in 2013 Refined Property Investments, LLC was born. Making a difference for our community, in our community, became our goal. It gave us a sense of pride to be able to improve the community by making these homes beautiful once again. When we remodel a property, we make the extra effort to not only improve the look but to also ensure the safety of the family that will eventually reside in the home.
