One Of Our Fescue Yards In August Still Hanging In There With This Heat Waive ,

It’s blazing hot today & our RTF drought tolerant tall fescue handle it 🌱.
💦This property does not have irrigation system .
Home owner cares for it with an above ground irrigation sprinklers & proper frequent mowing .

We use the best fescue available to date based off turf study trials for our climate region here in North Georgia .

Picture Taken 8-14-2026 In Hottest month of the year @ end of summer . Temp on truck dash registers 110 degrees in the full sun @ this lawn .

One Of Our Bigger Fescue Installs Last Year Fall ,

This Picture Was Taken August 8-12-2026 , the hottest month of the year & worst time year for fescue .
Look how nice our Very drought tolerant fescue blend holds up when client irrigates on a correct irrigation schedule based off principles of water before sun up very heavy but infrequently every 3rd day .
Fescue can handle drying out and the heat , too much water will kill fescue from a fungus .
Proper mowing & Irrigation is what keeps fescue alive , improper watering will kill fescue faster than anything .

Gilmer County & Pickens County Got Hammered By Sever Storm ,

Just sprayed 1 acre hydroseed and this storm hits , had to go back and do minor touch ups .
Pretty amazing how well profile mulch with tac hold with added tac .
Had tower blow off while guy was top deck at valve work , no one was hurt .
Ruff week this week , now time to get on the skid steer and dig myself out at my house drains and drive way .

Every job has a warranty that client can claim for act of god storms . We offer warranty on our jobs @50% .
Not common to see warranty on hydroseed especially a germination warranty on seed .
We warranty seed germination but once it’s germinated turf is not .
