Larson Park Realty is hiring a part-time independent contractor to support real estate operations, marketing, and administrative workflows.
This is a flexible, primarily remote role with some local responsibilities, including property showings within Tallahassee.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
Applicants must currently live in Tallahassee, Florida.
This is required due to local responsibilities and response time expectations.
Responsibilities
Respond to rental and listing inquiries
Manage follow-up with leads and prospects
Assist with social media and listing promotion
Track invoices, records, and transactions
Support property management coordination
Coordinate and conduct property showings as needed
What Weโre Looking For
Strong organization and follow-through
Clear and professional communication
Ability to work independently without ongoing supervision
Reliable transportation for local showings
Preferred (not required)
Florida real estate license
Property management experience
Social media or marketing experience
Role Details
Part-time (10โ20 hours per week)
