We are searching for someone who is ready to start their career path off in property maintenance!
Our company has several properties throughout the Tallahassee area, and we are looking for entry-level maintenance personnel that are ready for a fast-paced yet highly rewarding career opportunity in property maintenance.
Experience is not required. We will train the right applicants!
This entry-level position’s starting wage is $14-$18 dollars per hour, with performance bonuses and an array of benefits when eligible.
On the job training, certification courses and educational opportunities are ongoing and available for all of our employees.
30 day probationary evaluations to get you on the path towards advancements.
What we do require:
High school diploma or GED
United States Citizenship
A Social Security Number or Tax ID
Proficiency in written and verbal communication (English)
Valid/nonexpired Driver’s License
The ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Reliable transportation to and from work
OSHA 10 certification preferred
