I need to give a huge shout out to Cornelius West and his awesome crew for doing for me what I could not get two other men to do. Oh, they came and looked at what was needed and disappeared. Never to be heard from again. Cornelius was recommended to me by several long time realtors. I don't know how I am just now meeting him but I can assure you, he is my "go to" from here on out! I called him last week. He came within an hour of the call. He said he'd get it done the very next week, and by golly he did! His workers were so nice and they cleaned everything up before leaving. They do cleanouts, painting, pressure washing, nearly everything. Do give them a call. You will be glad that you did.
