is officially licensed! She’ll be be coming on as Passage Real Estate]’s Transaction Coordinator! I first approached Lauren about the position around this time last year while both of us were in crazy seasons of life. I had just opened Passage and was a overwhelmed with what I had taken on at the time, and she was fast approaching being a mother of three with Barrett on the way! I felt that her trust worthiness, honesty, and kind heart made her a perfect fit to help our customers reach that next phase of life that can be so stressful at times! With those in mind, along with the season she was in, we agreed that she should take as long as she needed to get everything done. She FaceTimed me a couple days before taking the exam to explain that she was worried about the exam but then explained to me that she had taken 4 practice exams and had scored in the 90’s on all except one, which was in the high 80’s. At that point I laughed and I wasn’t worried whatsoever. She was way more prepared than I was when I took the exam. 😂 The test isn’t easy and can be sneaky, but anyone who prepares that much and finds the resources she found to ensure that she would pass first go around, is going to give their best and their best is a lot better than a lot of people’s. Her grit, hard work, and cheerful demeanor throughout the whole process impressed me and only bolstered the idea that she was right for the job. I believe that Passage Real Estate] is now even better suited to serve its customers with Lauren as an addition. I’M EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE AND WELCOME ABOARD, LAUREN!!! Y’ALL DO YOUR THING AND TELL LAUREN SHE IS AWESOME!!!
