One thing I can tell you is this: the longer you own a home, the more opportunity you have to build equity over time.

Interest rates can change, and there may be opportunities to refinance in the future, but you can’t get back the time spent paying toward someone else’s mortgage instead of your own.

In today’s market, there are still opportunities to negotiate favorable terms, seller contributions, and pricing depending on the property and situation. Every buyer’s goals and financial picture are different, which is why having the right strategy matters.

If you’ve been thinking about buying and want honest guidance — not pressure — I’d be happy to help you explore your options.
