Our walk this morning was into the Allen Nature Preserve but we had to look at this weird little vehicle on the way. The preserve has an old spring in it, which was a feeder into the creek that led to The Cascades (the creek is now under Franklin Boulevard). The preserve has a loop trail; there was a spur that went to the back of the Elk’s Lodge. We went a short distance on it this morning but found it too overgrown to get through. We also crossed paths with a young armadillo (Olive leapt at it so I didn’t get its picture). I love having this in my neighborhood.

Thank you to my wonderful seller, whose mother lived here for 53 years. Getting this solid older home in the front area of Killearn Estates sold for her was my pleasure. Memories of selling my own parents home there ❤️

We got offers very quickly so highest and best are due by 5 pm today. New hvac and good condition but in need of extensive remodeling. Priced accordingly.
