Our team had a wonderful time at the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Professional Women's Forum this week. This event provides an opportunity for women across industries to come together to share authentic stories, practical insights, and valuable takeaways that empower personal and professional growth. 🤝

Speaker Dr. Ashlee Fontes discussed her challenges in a male-dominated sport and how she was able to overcome the adversity she faced. On a local note, she's the founder of TLH Reckoning - Tallahassee, Tallahassee's first pre-professional women's soccer club, building a youth-to-pro pathway for young women. As the first woman of color to lead a U.S. professional sports franchise, serving as the CEO of the Washington Spirit, and a record-setting defender at FSU during her collegiate years, her experience is truly unique. Her passion was evident through her personal stories and her continued work in Tallahassee and the national soccer community! ⚽
