Tekesta Park is open for birthday parties and gatherings for homeowners ONLY!
In order to hold an event, please fill out the form that is under additional forms on the website, and email to Ricki at the office. There is a $50.00 cleaning fee that is non-refundable.
We understand that there are questions regarding the fee. Please note that we gained additional expenses upon completion of the restrooms such as: paper goods, hand soap, security at the restrooms, as well as the bathrooms being cleaned and restocked that we pay for prior to your event.
This fee does not “reserve” the entire park. We cannot close the parks to our residents, as it belongs to all of us. The fee helps offset the expenses. We have one of the nicest parks around, and we encourage you to utilize everything our community has to offer.
