This home never even hit the market because these buyers and seller were truly MEANT TO BE and when something comes together without any hesitation or feelings of compromise & both sides are so kind and thoughtful, it's truly a joy to be a part of!

My wonderful seller was so kind and detailed in every move she made, from touch up paint, to sprucing flower beds, to updating fixtures! My buyers saw the value in how well this home has been maintained and were SO excited to call this their first home, where they will be bringing their new baby boy home in January!!

I appreciate so much the repeat business from my seller, who is more than just a friend of more than 30 years, she is family, as well as, repeat business referral from another long time client and friend (these buyer's mother)!

Not every home speaks to the masses and that's OK, it just takes a little longer to find THE ONE...and that's OK too! I know I have been there, having to be patient and wait for THE ONE. LOL!

No surprise that this home had to wait for special people to love it just like the sellers loved this home the first time they saw it, because these sellers are just that, SPECIAL, in all the wonderfully magical and genuine ways that special is intended to describe!
