Greetings, vintage shoppers! It's been a while since we've done a full-on post, so get ready to inject some of this into your veins. 🤣
Our Thomasville booth has some lovely vingettes, and here's one of them -- a charming oldy-worldy scene just as you step in to the booth. On your right, there. Yes, the miniature chinoiserie lamp (tested, works, obviously) spills its cheery low-watt light over the antique table below, but more on that in a minute. From the lamp, our eyes fall on the crystal frame with the luscious red rose within. Backstory: the print is an original photograph (no AI) of a rose by our front porch. It's called "Rose Bow". Lastly, the blue-and-white plate. That's one of our more affordable pieces, sans backstory, but still looking great with that weathered vibe. Now back to the table. You can't see all of it, but it's a Renaissance cherub beneath a glass top. Where it comes from, we're not sure, but it must have quite a story.
"Rose Bow" (by Michael V. Tulloch, Jr. 4"x6") in crystal frame -- $35
Mini chinoiserie lamp -- $20
Blue-and-white plate -- Turn over the tag and find the surprise 😅
French Renaissance Style Table With Glass Tray Top -- $350
Until next time!
