Cheryl Gratt Realtor- Tallahassee Real Estate-Keller Williams Realty

Gratt Real Estate Group, a Team at Keller Williams Town and Country, utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your real estate expectations. More importantly, we listen to your needs to find solutions that are tailored to you. Cheryl Gratt is passionate about people and helping them find their dream home. She specializes in first time home buyers, a niche most Realtors shy away from, because she loves to show them that buying a home doesn't have to be a complicated, stressful endeavor. Cheryl will walk you through the process, set your expectations, then execute a plan to find the home you've always wanted. "A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. And the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there. This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams." Cheryl's Customer Reviews:

Linda (Client, Buyer)
Cheryl is the best !!!!! She is a wonderful Realtor and friend. She cares about people which is what it takes in real estate. She is not in business for the money. I love her! Perrone Ford (Client, Buyer)
It's VERY difficult finding an agent that actually *listens* to your needs. I was looking for a very unique, ultra-modern house. After showing me a few houses to get an idea what I was truly looking for, Ms. Gratt, focused in like a laser and found me a house I thought I would have to build. It's almost a year later, and I LOVE my house, and cannot thank her enough for her time, dedication, and attention to detail. From the beginning of the search through the closing, I could not have had a better agent. Would recommend her without hesitation.
