The 2026 RangeWater Impact Foundation Golf Classic brought together our Rangers, partners, and sponsors for a day of golf, connection, and giving back.

We are proud to share that $40,000 was raised in support of The Boyce L. Ansley School in Atlanta, Georgia, a tuition-free private school dedicated to providing education and family support to children and families who have experienced homelessness.

A sincere thank you to our generous sponsors, volunteers, partners, and Rangers who made this event possible. Your continued support helps us make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Together, we can continue to strengthen our neighborhoods.

Celebrating 10 years at RangeWater! Please join us in celebrating Winter King, our Senior Creative Manager, on an incredible decade with the team.

Branding, logos, collateral, signage: if it's visual, Winter's had a hand in it, and she's done it all with a smile. Her creativity and steady hand have shaped our Design Studio into what it is today, and she remains an indispensable part of our marketing team.

We're so lucky to have her. Congratulations, Winter, here's to the next 10!

All week long, we’ve celebrated the talent, dedication, and heart our Rangers bring to RangeWater every day. 💙

As Franco shared, every single team member plays an incredibly important role in our business, and Employee Appreciation Week gave us the opportunity to celebrate exactly that. From good eats and team activities to meaningful moments together, we loved seeing our Rangers take the time to make their teams feel seen, appreciated, and extra loved.

To all of our Rangers—thank you for the impact you make on our residents, our communities, our reputation, and most importantly, on one another.

That’s a wrap on Employee Appreciation Week, but our appreciation for you continues all year long!

10 years ago, Tracy Lesse CAM, CAPS joined RangeWater, and our Florida teams have never been the same. As Director of Property Management, Tracy has been a driving force behind their success, bringing the kind of leadership that shows up in the details: the teams she's built, the residents she's championed, and the standard she's set for what great property management looks like.

Congratulations, Tracy, we're lucky to have you, and here's to the next 10 years! 🎉

Employee Appreciation Week is officially here! 💙
This week, we’re taking time to celebrate the incredible people who make RangeWater what it is. From our onsite teams and maintenance professionals to our corporate teams and leaders, it’s the dedication, care, talent, and energy of our people that make a difference every single day.

Throughout the week, we’ll be celebrating with special messages from our leaders, team spotlights, surprises, giveaways, recognition, and plenty of moments centered around gratitude and connection. We’re kicking things off today with a message from Franco Minton as we celebrate Employee Appreciation Week and World Gratitude Day!

Most importantly, this week is about reminding our team members that your work matters, your contributions are valued, and you are an important part of RangeWater’s success.

📸 RangeWater teams, don’t forget to share your celebrations with us! Tag RangeWater Residential on Instagram and Facebook so we can see what your teams are up to, reshare your moments, and spread the appreciation all week long.

Let’s share the love and celebrate the people who make RangeWater, RangeWater.

Amanda’s leadership, curiosity and commitment to raising the standard have made an undeniable impact on our people and our company. She asks the hard questions, challenges us to think differently and consistently makes the people and work around her better.

We’re incredibly grateful for all Amanda has poured into RangeWater and excited for what’s ahead. Cheers to 15 years, Amanda! Thank you for continuing to raise the bar.

Twenty-five years later, we still carry September 11th with us. Today we honor the lives lost and the first responders, families, and communities whose courage defined that day. We will never forget, and we remain stronger together.

Meet Chris Moffett, Sr. Director of Maintenance & Capital Projects.

In this interview, Chris gives us a look into the fast-moving world of maintenance and capital projects, where no two days are quite the same. He reflects on his transition from Senior Regional Service Director into his current leadership role and the experiences that helped prepare him for that next step.

Chris also shares what it takes to maintain hundreds of units at a consistently high standard — often doing the work residents may never notice when everything is running exactly as it should.

Here’s to the people, the stories, and the heart behind RangeWater Residential.

A huge shoutout to Steve, Regional Maintenance Manager, for giving his time to lead a CPO class for Entryway participants in training here in North Carolina! 👏

That extra certification is already making an impact — 16 of the 18 participants have found positions, with their CPO certification helping give them an added advantage as they take the next step in their careers.

Thank you to Chris Moffett, Leigh Stevens, and everyone who helped make this possible. And an extra big thank you to Steve for showing up, sharing his knowledge, and giving back in such a meaningful way. Simply put — thank you for being Steve!
