This beautiful lot in Faraway Farms is ready for the new owners, and we can't wait to see what they come up with! Custom home, barn, workshop, chickens and goats - what would you do with 5 acres on the east side of Tallahassee? Its close to town but certainly feels like you are in the middle of nature.

🦃HAPPY THANKSGIVING!🦃
When you’re grateful, fear disappears — and abundance shows up✨

In life, gratitude changes the entire atmosphere. When you focus on what’s good, what’s growing, and what’s possible… fear doesn’t stand a chance.

That mindset shift?
It’s how you create peace, confidence, and momentum — no matter what season you’re in.

Enjoy your day, and share what you are grateful for!

Gorgeous weather in front of this storm! Here's our top 10 list to get ready:

1. Stock Up on Non-Perishable Foods
Get the basics: canned goods, granola bars, and peanut butter. Sure, you could grab some fancy snacks, but during a hurricane, practical wins over gourmet every time.

2. Charge Your Devices (And Don’t Forget the Power Banks)
Phones, tablets, laptops—charge them all! You’ll want to stay informed and maybe binge that last episode before the Wi-Fi goes out.

3. Water, Water, Everywhere
Fill up bottles, pitchers, and even your bathtub with water. Bonus: the tub water can be used to flush the toilet. Fancy, huh?

4. Laundry Sprint
Wash all the clothes you can before the storm. Nobody wants to wear that one shirt they hate for three days straight when the power’s out.

5. Get Flashlights, Not Candles
Candles may seem cozy, but they’re a fire hazard. Flashlights are a safer option, and you won’t need to explain to the insurance company why your “romantic lighting” caused a bigger disaster than the storm.

6. Create a Storm Playlist
Keep spirits up with music. Make a playlist of calming tunes or your favorite upbeat songs to pass the time and drown out the wind.

7. Secure Outdoor Furniture
Bring in or tie down patio chairs, tables, and potted plants. It’s great to have a backyard, but not when it’s trying to relocate to your neighbor's roof.

8. Stock Up on Batteries and Backup Lighting
Make sure you have enough batteries for flashlights and radios. And if you’ve got some extra string lights, hang them up for a little storm ambiance!

9. Fuel Up
Fill your car’s gas tank in case you need to evacuate, and top off any gas cans for generators. You’ll thank yourself when the lines at the gas station are a mile long.

10. Plan for Boredom
Books, board games, and puzzles are your new best friends. Keep them close by, because after the storm, you might be living a Wi-Fi-free life for a while!
