Incoming VENT:
So happy for my Clients to have sold this home, it was not the smoothest ever. Went under contract really quickly but first buyer, who was also my client, thought AI knew the property better than his Agent (me) and the inspector! That was a 1st for me for sure and I'm hoping it's not a sign of things to come. Needless to say, we found a second buyer (not mine). He wasn't easy either, no clue what "As Is" means on a contract. Luckily my sellers are wonderful people and were willing to make it work.
AAAAHHHHH "CLOSED" what a wonderful word 😝
