When Ricky Wagner says he is your hometown Realtor®, it’s not just happy hype — he’s lived in Tallahassee all his life. What’s more, he’s been a Realtor® here since 2001, so he knows the market and has more than 20 years working in it. This knowledge helps him better serve his clients, and his experience makes him an excellent negotiator on his clients’ behalf. But don’t think he’s all old-school.
Ricky uses the latest technology to assist in buying, selling, and investment transactions. He works with first-time buyers, move-up buyers looking for more space, and empty nesters who are downsizing. He especially loves working with first responders, who he feels are particularly deserving of his efforts. Ricky finds it hard to imagine being in any other profession. He’s been in sales or people-driven businesses throughout his career, and he genuinely enjoys meeting people and seeing their excitement at a successful purchase or sale. His values of respect and hard work are essential parts of his skill set as a real estate professional. He’s happy to give back to the community where he grew up, and he’s proud of his At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification. When he’s not working with his clients, Ricky participates in the Tallahassee Lenders’ Consortium and volunteers with the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity. He loves spending his spare time fishing, caring for his animals, and being with his family.
