Whether buying or selling, our goal is to work with you to make the transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible, and exceeding your expectations in every way. Having built a successful real estate career in Tallahassee, Shep and Melissa have recently joined The Elite Group Real Estate. Melissa, infusing clients old and new with her infectious spirit and enthusiastic approach towards life, makes each transaction seem like you have your best friend guiding you each step of the way. Along with that personable nature, her 15 years of previous experience in the hospitality industry adds a true professional with a large network of buyers and sellers to your "team". She doesn't look at it as a business transaction, but an opportunity to work with new (or old) friends. A sincere love of life and helping others are just a couple of positive attributes that make working with Melissa an enjoyable experience. As a Broker Associate with a degree in Marketing from Auburn University, Shep offers a large network of buyers, sellers, and key contacts from prior work experience in banking and medical sales. A Tallahassee native with strong roots and dedication to the local community, Shep provides a lifetime of information for those considering selling or making a move to their new North Florida home. And as a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, his attention to detail, experience, and substantial local network will provide you with a huge advantage when navigating the buying and selling process. If you're buying or selling, or you just want to know more about the North Florida lifestyle and everything this beautiful area has to offer, please contact Shep or Melissa Sheppard.
