Gerrie was born and raised in the Midwest but her heart is in Tallahassee. Married to her high school sweetheart in 1981 they later moved to Orlando, Florida for her husband’s job. After realizing the big city was no place to raise their two sons they decided to move to Tallahassee in 1994 and start their own company Fleck Exterior Systems Inc. Gerrie worked with her husband in the business for 20

years until her first grandchild was born and her son graduated from college and took over her position with the company so she could spend quality time with her grandchild. She has volunteered with several organizations such as her children’s schools and sports teams over the years but most importantly she has been deeply involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. When preschool started Gerrie decided it was time to pursue a career in real estate. Something she has always wanted to do for herself. Gerrie has successfully accomplished The Real Estate Sales Associates Certificate, Armor Realty Superstar training, GRI 100 & 300(Graduate Real Estate Institute) classes and any ongoing training provided by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. Gerrie has been trained with the best and is confident she can do her best for you. Her professional knowledge and her close relationship with her community will make the home buying or selling experience successful and enjoyable!
