Anotha one.

One LOOOOOOONG back-up contract, one inspection termination, 4 lost multiple-offer scenarios, and a lot of homes looked at, this first time buyer family finally has a place to call their home.

They wanted space for their kids, a garage/workshop, and space in their yard to start some vegetable gardens, so that took some doing to find. Wouldn't you know it, 2128 Glennridge popped up at just the right time for them to sn**ch it up. Now they have the rooms, workshop, and garden to call their own.

Huge shoutout to .sellyahome, Phillip Kelly, for a smooth transaction. Let's do it again sometime!

96 Nelson: This buyer had been waiting to buy their first home for a LONG time, but when she was finally ready to make the leap, we found a great home in her budget that worked perfectly for her. AND she brought less than $300 to closing!

2459 Wren Hollow: This was is a bit of cheating, but WE BOUGHT AN INVESTMENT! The seller's medical situation continued to decline and could no longer live by themselves, so I made an offer to purchase from them and they accepted! Already got a tenant and everything!

3509 Sunnyside: This is a 1600 sqft house has a TON of work that needs to get done, but the buyer is prepared to make this house into something extravagant.

I love closings like this. Riley and Lindsey called me just before the New Year as a referral from , and we dove right into the process.

Together, we found a house that met their wants and needs and still fit within their budget, and with a little negotiation and some elbow grease, they are already in there making the house their own! AND it's just down the road from me!

A huge shout out to Chelsey Hough on the listing, on the loan, and Adrienne Brown with Title, making the transaction a smooth process.

First one of the year, and what a cool one it is. This 3 bed/3 bath 2300+ sqft house with an eclectic charm is no longer on the market!

Sometimes finding the right property takes time, and sometimes it just falls into place at just the right moment. This house was both. We had been looking since August with some ups, downs, and nerves about buying a property. When this fell in their radar, we did a same-day showing and wrote an offer 2 days after that!

What a great way to start the year!

After looking at 15+ homes together, this one happened to fall into the buyer's budget and laps. We scheduled a same-day showing when they saw it, and put in an offer the following day!

Persistence and patience pays off in this instance. This house is so eclectic and cool. It has a spiral staircase in the center of it!! I can't wait to see what they do with this house, and I'm excited to watch them make it their own.

From contract to SOLD in 3 weeks!

The buyers for this house weren't even really actively looking, but they saw this one online and just COULD NOT pass it up. After looking at only 2 more houses, they decided on this one and put an offer it. We even won out in a multiple offer situation!
