There are a LOT of words you’ll hear during the mortgage process…

But these three?!?!

CLEAR. TO. CLOSE. 🙌🏼🔑🏡

That’s the text/email/phone call we’ve ALL been waiting for! 🥂

Clear to Close (CTC) means underwriting has reviewed your loan, the required conditions have been satisfied, and we’ve reached one of the FINAL milestones before closing day. 🎉

You made it through the application.
You sent the documents.
Then sent some more documents. 😂
We verified. We underwrote. We cleared conditions.

And now… WE’RE HEADED TO THE CLOSING TABLE! 🥹🏡💗

But ONE last reminder:

🚨 We are not going rogue now! 🧐

Until your loan has officially closed and funded, keep your finances boring. No new credit cards, no financing that new furniture, no new car, no unexplained large deposits, and PLEASE don’t quit your job because somebody at work got on your nerves. 🙄

We are protecting this loan ALL 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 WAY to the finish line! 🏁
