Work/Life Balance Award 🏆 — because real balance does not exist, but counterbalance sure does: taking a breath, smiling through the chaos, and handling it all with God, grace, grit, and a good pair of stilettos.

Last month I had the pleasure of collecting some hardware on behalf of and at the Keller Williams Realty Tallahassee Annual Awards Ceremony (recognizing 2025 production).

Transparent moment ~ Prior to the awards ceremony, and even in quiet moments throughout the first quarter of 2026, I wrestled with a lot of self-doubt about my production over the previous two years, specifically 2025. At times, I felt like I wasn’t measuring up, and like I wasn’t contributing as much as I wanted to toward our household, our family dreams, and our goals.

But when I got past my ego, and took a step back and looked at what I accomplished being pregnant twice, postpartum twice within the last three years, trying to balance a somewhat new marriage, sleep deprived, with two beautiful, healthy babies under two - it changes the perspective.

Yes, I’m proud to still be within the top 20% of producing Realtors through it all. Yet I’m even more grateful for the people I was blessed to meet, and the clients I was able to surround myself with. Balancing it all has been from easy yet so very rewarding because while I didn’t reach the goals I wrote down, I never stopped.

To receive the Work/Life Balance Award which was totally unexpected, I believe was God’s reminder that I needed - you are doing good, girl. One step at a time, one day at a time 🤍
