I came across this info while reading up on our current real estate market. It made a lot of sense, especially with our current cost of living on the rise each day. I love creative gift giving and this one takes the cake. 🎂

It’s never too early to help your child or grandchild build their wealth. What a fantastic idea!! 🏡💰

1124 Brafforton Drive - Some contracts just don’t work out and that’s ok! Buyer got cold feet after inspections. We went off the market while Seller did wood rot repairs and other minor items. Seller is ready to SELL and has reduced the price to $195K while offering a NEW roof with an acceptable contract. 2.5% Buyer Broker Compensation. MLS #403109

Super thankful for a WONDERFUL transaction on this one. A growing family made their move for more space and a downsizing family took over their first home. It’s the stories that matter to me, not just the numbers. If you want a Realtor who will be with you through thick and thin CALL ME. Let’s chat about listing your home!

This one is for you Veterans Village… in honor of the Seller’s father who was also a client. John you would be so PROUD of your son, I just know it!
