This one was a special one.

After almost a year of looking, I got to help my friends find the perfect home and we got it done right before their wedding. Couldn’t ask for better timing.

To make it even better, the home is in Tallmadge, the same city I grew up in.

We weren’t the only ones who wanted it either. Multiple offers were on the table, but with the right strategy and some strong negotiating, we were able to come out on top and get them the house they wanted. 💪

Really happy for these two and excited to see them start the next chapter. New home, wedding, and a lot to look forward to.

Another one SOLD in Tallmadge! 🏡🎉

This transaction was meaningful because I had the opportunity to represent both the buyer and seller, making for a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.

The home went under contract on the very first day it hit the market, which is always exciting to see. Even better, the buyer is a friend I’ve known for years, and earlier this year I helped the sellers purchase their new home back in January. Being able to guide both parties through such an important transition is something I never take for granted.

I just helped a young homeowner sell her first home as she prepares for a move to a bigger city. Everything was smooth… until a roof leak popped up after we accepted an offer.
