Happy National Dog Day! There are a few things to consider when looking for a home and having a pet - here are my top 4!

1. Designated pet place - every pet should have space to decompress in a bed or crate with toys and water.
2. Durable and Safe Flooring - Consider bamboo, cork, tile, or vinyl floors that are scratch resistant and easy to clean.
3. Consider clean up - Have space for bath time and prepare a mudroom with towels and wipes to keep your pet and home clean.
4. Check for safe stairs - Stairs can be hard for senior pets and breeds prone to joint problems. Stair runners and night lights keep stairs safe.

Meet my pet - Roxy edition 🐶 This girl is 8 months old, a Lilac-tri Classic American Bully and attempting to take over the world. She is a sweet big baby and would love to go on showings however her personality is even bigger than she can control LOL!
