Down payment was 20k💸
Rehab was 15k💰

We have had it listed as a short term rentals for just over a year now.

Net revenue was just under 19k for the first year. 🤑

CoC was 54% 🤯

We just did a cash out refi and pulled out our entire original investment. We now have no money in this house and it will continue to cash flow every single month.

We can deploy that capital into another investment property and continue this cycle forever.
