Big industry news today 👀

RE/MAX Holdings has announced a planned acquisition by Real Brokerage, forming what will be called Real REMAX Group.

What this means (right now):
✔️ RE/MAX is expected to continue operating under the RE/MAX brand
✔️ No immediate changes to how I serve my clients
✔️ The goal is to combine RE/MAX’s global reach with Real’s technology platform

As always, I’ll keep you updated as more details come out—but for now, business as usual over here. 🎈

Today looked a little different…

No showings, no contracts, no chaos — just catching up on life 🧼

✔️ Scrubbed the floors
✔️ Cleaned the bathroom
✔️ Finally tackled the laundry
✔️ Snuck in a hair appointment 💁🏼‍♀️
✔️ Got some fresh air with Brix 🐾

After a few crazy busy weeks in real estate, this kind of reset was much needed.

This one almost didn’t make it to the closing table… but today my buyer got the keys to 5429 US Rte 422. 🔑

What was supposed to be a straightforward transaction turned into months of unexpected hurdles — inspections, delays, paperwork, timing challenges… you name it.

Through it all, my client stayed patient, level-headed, and committed to the goal.

We problem-solved. We renegotiated. We extended timelines. We stayed in constant communication. And we refused to quit.

The best closings aren’t always the easy ones — they’re the ones where everyone stays committed to the finish line.

So grateful for clients who trust the process.
