This Saturday is the community garage sale at the rec center next to Tamarac Elementary school. Come out and see me, not sure which spot I will be at as of yet. They will be ready and running by 7:30 am.

The city of Tamarac has a new Buyers Assistance program. They will be providing up to $40,000 towards your purchase. The enrollment period opens up May 4 through the 8th. There will be a class coming on April 8th from 6:30 to 8:30 to get more info.

Here a few things they are saying:
1. You could not have owned a home within the last 3 years.
2. Must be your primary residence.
3. There are income limits.
4. Must be able to verify income and have 3% cash for closing.
